Meet the MycoStruct Consortium

Our new Consortium page is now live, bringing together the organisations collaborating to advance sustainable, mycelium-based protein solutions within MycoStruct.

MycoStruct brings together 12 partners across 8 countries, connecting research institutions, universities and companies from across Europe. Together, the consortium combines diverse expertise to support the development of the next generation of sustainable protein structures.

The new Consortium page provides a dedicated space to discover the organisations behind MycoStruct and the network of partners working together throughout the project.

This multidisciplinary collaboration is at the heart of MycoStruct, bringing together knowledge and capabilities from different fields to support the project’s ambition to advance scalable, mycelium-based whole-cut protein alternatives.
