Dissemination and Communication Workshop
MycoStruct partners took part in a dedicated dissemination and communication workshop to align on project visibility, open-access requirements, communication tools and reporting procedures.
Effective dissemination and communication are essential for ensuring that MycoStruct activities and results reach relevant audiences. On 15 July 2026, FENIX TNT organised a dedicated Dissemination and Communication Workshop to provide project partners with practical guidance and establish a common approach to communication and dissemination activities.
The session covered key aspects of project visibility and knowledge dissemination, including:
Key Terminology Overview – Clarifying the differences between communication, dissemination and exploitation.
Publications & Open Science – Reviewing open-access requirements, publication procedures and key obligations under the Grant Agreement.
MycoStruct Visual Identity – Guidance on the correct use of the project logo, funding emblems, disclaimer and visual identity.
Tools & Resources – Introducing available templates, promotional materials, social media guidance and other resources supporting project communication.
Reporting & Partner Contributions – Explaining how events, publications and other activities should be documented, including the use of the Dissemination Report Table and supporting proofs.
The workshop also highlighted the importance of keeping communication and dissemination activities coordinated across the consortium, from sharing project-related events and publications to supporting MycoStruct’s presence on social media.
By establishing common procedures and providing partners with the necessary tools from the beginning of the project, the workshop helped lay the foundation for consistent and effective communication throughout MycoStruct.
