MycoStruct Launches Its Zenodo Community

We are pleased to announce that the MycoStructproject has launched its own Zenodo Community page.

This dedicated open-access space will bring together the project’s scientific publications, press releases, public deliverables, datasets and other research outputs in one place, making them easy to find, cite and share. By using Zenodo, MycoStruct supports Open Science principles and ensures that its results remain accessible to researchers, industry stakeholders, students and the wider public.

As the project progresses, the Zenodo Community will serve as a growing library of knowledge related to MycoStruct’s work on sustainable mycelium fermentation, whole-cut protein alternatives, circular bio-based feedstocks and innovative approaches for more resource-efficient food systems.

Through this community, MycoStruct will contribute to the wider exchange of knowledge on sustainable alternative proteins and support the visibility and reuse of project outputs across Europe and beyond.
